Windows Theme

Quick answer — Windows Theme on Windows

Choose theme, color and contrast settings for readability first. A dark theme is a preference rather than a performance optimization.

Check before you change: Inspect file dialogs, Settings and your usual apps after changing theme options to make sure text and icons remain legible.
